The farm is located on a mountainous area, 70 km away from İzmir. 9 adults and 2 children live in the farm. The hosts who have experience as architects and NGO workers, are growing cherries, apples, grapes, olives, vegetables, walnuts, almonds, lavender, sage. They make molasses from grape, berries and cherries, and olive oil and soap from olives. The farm is the centre of Permaculture Institute of Turkey and hosts permaculture courses and trainings on various ecological issues.
Volunteers can see examples of stone, cob and straw-bale constructions, solar energy management, rain water harvest, various composting and regenerative agriculture practices.
Due to heavy work load, only volunteers within 18-45 age group are accepted.

MAY: Garden works (vegetable beds, seedlings, hoeing, irrigation), composting, hoeing in fruit orchards, picking sage, picking apples, picking vine leaves JUN: Cherry harvest, mulberry harvest, making cherry and mulberry molasses, drying fruits, lavender harvest, irrigation JUL: Bagging lavender and sage, irrigation AUG: Apple harvest, making apple vinegar, picking wood for winter SEP: Grape harvest, picking wood for winter, making pekmez (grape molasses)
