It is located on one of the best spots of the Eastern Anatolia. Nature tourism has been in planning for many years in the region and it has taken many recurring investments. Means of livelihood is generally agriculture and livestock and the region has an altitude of approximately 1000 meters. The number of retired who went back to their hometowns is too many to estimate. The host makes farming on approximately 10 acres of land and also runs a water mill where he grinds grains and makes flour. Beans, corn, onion, potato, pepper etc. are grown besides apple, pear, mulberry, cherry and walnut which are produced with ecological principles. The host farmer mostly sells products to acquaintances. The farm, which accepts volunteers and guests, is also a frequently visited place by the tourists of region. The farmer manages the work with his sons, he is a former sportsman and lays a delicious table of food for his guests. The breakfast is eaten together while the other meals are eaten seperately. The guests stay in a large building with 7 rooms.
